Range of Motion

The most important thing seniors can do as they age is to be active.  Studies
show that seniors lose 30 to 40 percent of their strength and 10 to 12 percent
of their muscle mass by the time they are 65.  As we age, we should be concerned
about quality of life, therefore, we must remember the number one reason for
illness among seniors is directly associated to poor nutrition and lack of exercise.
