Each Courthouse facility is unique in itself. Located in Cypress Lake subdivision, we recognize the need to cater to the whole family. For the older kids, we have cardio classes for ages 7-11 and an introduction to weight lifting for ages 15 and up. They can also stay active with swimming in the summer and tennis year round. For our senior members, we have scheduled group exercise classes twice a week. With a wide variety of classes every day and trainers to meet your personal needs, we have a work out for the beginner and the seasoned athlete. We recognized that it's never too early or too late to begin living a healthier lifestyle. Keeping the whole family in mind, we have something for everyone.
